BESPOKE LIVE ILLUSTRATED PORTRAITS ARE THE PERFECT ADDITION TO YOUR EVENT.

From Weddings and Baby Showers, Birthday Parties and Corporate Functions, we can provide a gift that your guests will cherish for years to come.

Our Illustrations allow your guests to be sketched live and in-the-moment, no need to line up and wait. Our Artist will take coupled or group photos of attendees while they enjoy your event. Your guests can experience seeing their artwork come together, packaged and ready to be taken home.

 Each package provides one x A5 illustration per couple or group, created on custom stamped watercolour paper and packed into plastic sleeves.

 In the event that any portraits are not completed with the conclusion of the evening, they will be finalised and mailed out at our expense.

PACKAGES

PACKAGES INCLUDE:

  • All required materials & portable workstation
  • 1 x 45 Minute pre event consultation
  • 1 x A5 illustration per couple or group
  • 1 custom stamp, gifted to event host at conclusion of service
  • If event is a wedding: 1 x A4 illustration of Bride & Groom - (based on an image of their chosing)

PETITE PACKAGE - $1900AUD

Events with a maximum of 40 guests - 3-4 Hours painting time

MIDI PACKAGE - $2300AUD

Events with 41-60 guests - Approx. 6 hours painting time

MAXI PACKAGE - $2700AUD

Events with 61-80 guests - Approx. 8 hours painting time

EPIC PACKAGE - $3000AUD

Events with 81-120 guests - Approx. 12 hours painting time (illustrations concluded post event and mailed)

OPTIONAL SERVICE:

  • Choice of custom themed background - painted prior to event (prices start at $160AUD)

THE FINE PRINT
Each illustration can take up to ten minutes for our Artist to complete.
All guest photos will be taken a maximum of an hour and a half into the event, at which point the Artist will close the work station to new illustrations.
Package costs include travel within 30kms of Emerald QLD.  Events outside of this area will incur travel & possible accommodation fees.
A non refundable deposit of $600 must be made at time of booking, if deposit is not received within 48 hours your date will not be held.
In the event of a reschedule, the booking date can be moved only once- after that, any changes to date forfeit the deposit.
Balance must be paid in full a minimum of 14 days prior to the booked event.  Failure to pay balance will result in booking being canceled.
Payment of non refundable deposit is confirmation of agreement of the terms mentioned.
